Shipping Policy

At Lllathers by Cass, we’re all about getting your handmade goodies to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

• We process all orders within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

• If there’s ever a delay in processing your order, we’ll notify you via email with an updated timeframe and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $6.90. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Available for $16.90. This option prioritizes your order for faster processing, but delivery times remain similar to standard shipping.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping!

Shipping Details

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• At this time, we do not offer tracking on shipments.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order anytime before it has been processed (typically within 24 hours of placing it). To cancel, email us at llathersbycass@gmail.com with your order number.

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damages or Missing Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

• For damaged items, please send photos of the damage along with your email to help us process your request quickly.

Returns & Refunds

• At this time, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please refer to the “Damages” section above for assistance.

• While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are out of our control.
